Duuuude, I wish you were my mum the last time me mum tried to bake she brunt all the cupcakes and caught fire in our stove because she left one of the measuring spoons on the cupcake tin... LOL
I LOVE how this lady showed that even for those of us who don't own a whole collection of Wilton's tips, can still make a BEAUTIFUL, beautiful design. You are so talented, please keep posting! Subscribed!
Excellent..I like how you have decorated a cupcake, with 'ordinary' ingredients....ingredients that most people will have in their food cupboards, rather than people having to go out and buy expensive cake decorations.... You have inspired me. Thank you. x
WOW! I think this is the most creative cake thing I have seen so far. Its all very simple things, but the oreo and the fruit roll ups for leaves?!! That just kinda blew my mind for some reason lol.
I cant believe how simple this tutorial is, a few easy steps and the result is a beautiful cupcake! I loved your idea of using the sticky tape and ziplock bag! Thanks for the great videos! xxx
OK I had to pick my jaw off the floor for this one. The fact that you did that with a sandwich bag just stunned me. I have trouble enough with the tips lol. AWESOME Tammy.
You really have a talented and creative mind...I like the idea of using substitute bag pipe...Its just showing that nothing should stop you from doing things you love....there's always a way....LIKE YOU!!! THUMBS UP!!! You taught nice, clear and easy to follow....
Wow, I am just in awe of your talent! People may think this looks easy, but I know it takes time and practice to be able to do something this beautiful! Thank you for your hard work and inspiration! I have recently begun learning to bake and your ideas make me super excited to keep trying :)
I made these for Mother's Day this weekend...they turned out SO well, and everyone loved them. Thanks so much for your video...it made making these cupcakes extremely simple! :)
I don't think you know how much that baggie with tape trick is going to help me! I've been wanting to try out fancy iceing for a while, but I didn't want to invest in bags and tips incase I was total crap at it! Now I can just use a baggie! Thanks so much!
Wow I really enjoyed watching you make this cupcake. My daughter is having her birthday in 3 days and I was looking for a idea for cupcakes and I really liked this aspecially cause you are use just a little plastic bag and not all these expensive tools you can buy. Thanks a lot for the idea I hope to see more of your creative ideas! Greatings Angela (the Netherlands)
BEST VIDEO EVER! I am so making this for my valentines day party for my class! THANKS SOOOO MUCH:) I am telling everyone to look you up on UA-cam and like your videos!
I love this!! I almost always find only videos with fondant and I hate that that's the only thing people use! This is so creative!! Thanks for sharing (:
you got my attention with the overall look and won my vote with the oreo XD you are amazing I love your creativity and the detailed verbal and visual instruction you give very helpful
Thank you so much! I have a book that tell you how to do this but I find it doesn't really explain things well. You've explained and showed this great! Thank you!!
I've watched this video so many times and I enjoy it more and more! Your tone of voice if really calming and you seem like such a nice person! Thanks for the great vide :D
Lovely, lovely. That is surely a very "far away neck of woods strange sunflower looking pine cone" Would love to visit :) :) Just kidding, but some people just have a very vivid imagination, which is great. Loved the tutorial, very well done. Thanks
@DangoKat I live in Northern Canada where we don't have a lot of heat and humidity (except in the short summer!) Other than stiffening the icing with more icing sugar, I can't think of what else you could do... Another alternative is to use part shortening and butter, or all shortening instead of butter. The shortening has a higher melting temp
So today, I actually tried to do this on cookies. It turned out really well except the buttercream recipe you also have a tutorial for kept melting so I had to actually keep putting it in the freezer and also at the end I put the cookies in there so the buttercream would harden because I didn't have any oreos in hand I just dyed some buttercream black and made disks on the tops of the cookies...it turned out very well and I would definitely do it again. Thank you SO much for this!
@CuteMeg313 I had the same issue when I used store bought icing. What I suggest is to add powdered sugar to the store bought icing to "stiffen" it up a bit. You might also want to refrigerate the icing for 30 minutes or so to make is stiffer. Sorry it didn't work out the first time.
These are beautiful, i want to create my own type of cupcake because i love decorating cupcakes, i want to do a career in cake decorating. :) so thankyou for this video !
Can you PLEASE go back in time and be a room mother for my class? Cool trick with the tape and mixing the icing, this almost makes me want to bake something. I wanna bite!!!!
@CitrusYY In order to change colours you'd have to use a new plastic bag or clean the decorating tip before switching colours. There are special tips that are used to make rose petals
@yoyomax This is magical to watch - just love the ladybug and sunflower theme - what do you suggest in place of the oreo - would like to apply the theme to a larger cake for my 60th birthday - keep on caking !!!!!
i used to watch these when i was little. i finally found them again :D
same here !! so nostalgic
This woman is amazing! I would never have thought of making my own icing 'tips' from a plastic bag and sellotape! Two thumbs up and a big thanks!! xx
