From exquisite gardens, to hotels, the famous Casino and getting red carpet ready with me!!
It was a whirl wind and not quite how I thought it would end up after 12 hours at Nice airport and 3 cancelled flights BUT, I truly hope you love this vlog as much as I adored creating it.

Oh my goodness, I love Nice & Monaco ….. that hotel 🏨 looks sublime ! J’Adore ❤️. Shame you only had those ‘quarters’ for the one evening. I’ve just purchased that Charlotte Tilbury foundation from Harvey Nics when I was in Leeds a couple of weeks ago & got a couple of samples of the Magic cream, which I’ve never tried.

I love my lip blushing. I had it done last year and I rarely wear lipstick.

Your room was devine, French design always so classy. That hotel is my type of hotel. I can't abide modern architecture. Ohh you've awakened my desire to travel again. I've gotten so lazy in past few years. I think like many people I've found that travelling has become so stressful now that I long for the days when I looked forward to going to the airport but now I dred it. It used to be such a joy and your holiday started the minute you got to the airport but its all just a nightmare now.

I have had lip blush done and am very happy with it. It is really more for those low/no makeup days. My lips had very little natural color, basically matched my facial skin color. She matched my lip tint to the inside of my lip (imagine rolling your lip out to look at the underside) so it's very natural but gives me some depth of color between my face and my lips. I can still wear lipstick if I want a particular shade but when I'm going more natural I feel better about myself. One last little thing, my Cupid's bow was slightly crooked due to a small scar from a childhood injury. She was able to ever so lightly shade it and add a little edge to the top of my lip on one side to straighten and level my lip to make it balanced. I'm thrilled with my results.

Both the location & the show jumping pictures just brought so many memories back for me, Leonora, thank you! I grew up riding - under saddle and show jumping...and had to stop in my teens after my career was impacted by too many injuries, falls, you know the drill; (I switched to the tennis court where the fall to the ground is much closer...;-) - fabulous photos..; and the location there in France is where my parents have taken me to see where my French ancestry originates - actually closer to Le Puy. Lovely VLOG, darling, thank you for the escape...💚

Of course, I'm a western girl and barrel racer 😆 I'm in the mountains of VA, USA. Lol. But I prefer the English dressage dress. I'm a contradiction. Haha.

I love hearing your wonderful reminiscing about your life experiences as a child and as an adult! Having had a plethora of opportunities, it’s so lovely to hear how much you appreciate them and how they hold special meaning in your heart! It is evident you are creating so many more opportunities and working hard to make the most of those occasions! Your determination will certainly ensure success in all your endeavors!
Word of caution regarding getting a lip blush... my friend’s husband is a plastic surgeon and she works in his office. She can attest that not everyone is highly skilled enough to perform these treatments and they have had to “modify” some less than brilliant work. As in any semi-permanent changes you plan for yourself, do plenty of research and get loads of referrals and recommendations! I’m too big of a scaredy-cat to have micro blades cut into my lips no matter how competent the specialist may be, so I will continue to wear lip products and add definition and color where needed. It would be really nice to just put on lip balm and look fabulous but my fears are real, so for now it’s just not for me. Do plenty of research and you’ll know what is right for you.

Leonora regarding lipblush I had it done on one occasion, but I still wanted to put lipstick on. This sounds very strange, but I never thought it was sufficient - still wished to apply lipstick. This was not because my treatment was not great - it was done v well, it was just me always wanting to use a lipstick. Also if you do wear different colour lipsticks the blush obviously as your base will change it - have not explained this v well so hope you get the gist. Love the vlogs - you looked v glamorous the dress was divine, loved the entire look.

Your jump suit is so exquisite, and you look divine in it. 😍 I have not seen a jump suit with a train before, but it turns it into a unique and elegant piece. 😍 It's such a shame that so much construction is going on in Monaco. I recently watched a documentary that explained how the demand for property outweighs the availability tenfold! As there is hardly any ground left to build on, there is no choice other than to build upwards. People who have owned their apartments for several years have now found themselves without a view. Quite sad, really. 😢
