I think Cheetah Hunt should be the first ride of the day regardless of whether Iron Gwazi is open or not. When I last visited the park in September of last year, the wait line for Cheetah Hunt had a wait time of 45 minutes to an hour or more while the longest wait I saw for Iron Gwazi was 30 minutes. I then suggest Cobras Curse afterwards because that ride is just down the path from Cheetah Hunt and had a wait time of 35 minutes or more.
@Southeastern Thrills It is for me. But I know why it isn't for you. I heard you discuss that in your Busch Gardens Tampa vs SeaWorld Orlando video and how you prefer Ice Breaker over Cheetah Hunt.
Appreciate your tips bc I’m taking the grandsons , 11 and 15, on the only day we could go, 2:30pm to closing on Dec.21. Unfortunately it is closing at 8pm with no fireworks. I wish I could have pain for some up close and personal with a few animal encounter but it was too expensive. We got Preferred Parking. Do we need a tram to entrance from preferred parking around 2:30pm? Trying to figure out how to order and schedule seeing the animals, riding only Cheetah Hunt, possibly Carousel, riding the Train, (where do we get on?) going to Christmas Town at 5pm, and seeing Santa, Rudolph and all the Christmas Lights without feeling stressed. Twisted Pretzels sounds like a good idea! Any other advice? Thank you, Happy Holidays! ❤ just found your channel and subscribed.
You’re welcome. There’s no need for a tram with preferred parking. In the afternoon, lines should only be about 30 minutes for most rides, but expect the waits for Cheetah Hunt, Cobra’s Curse, and Iron Gwazi to be an hour. I might visit Christmas Town some time soon so you can expect a video about that in mid December if I get there.
@southeasternthrills Great! I’d love to see how you get around the park to see which animals pretty close up with just a general ticket and what you can do in Christmas town with Rudolph and Santa with general ticket. Thank you for writing!⛄️❄️
The park is my nearest theme park and I go a lot. It is very fun. Iron Gwazi is an amazing ride, easily the best at the park. I wouldn’t recommend falcons fury if you don’t want to hang 335 feet against a 2 inch restraint.
Thank you for this!
You’re welcome

Yeah definitely for the most part. Also Cheetah Hunt is not worth over a 30 minute wait.

@@mitchellries256 Maybe it’s because Cheetah Hunt is my most ridden coaster, so I don’t appreciate it as much as others

@southeasternthrills I wonder if we saved Cheetah Run for last what time we’d have to get on the line before the park closed at 8?
Not sure when the park closes lines bc I rarely stay till park close. The line should be shorter then bc everyone is leaving the park.
I’m going tomorrow and I have a bad feeling that everything is going to be closed
Check the website to make sure, but it’s also Memorial Day weekend so the park will probably have all the rides opened because of the crowds.
What is your favorite ride at Busch Gardens?
Right now, Iron Gwazi. Waited for that ride for 7 years and it’s totally worth riding.
