I just bought this exact same car a little over a month ago. The dealer was having problems selling it cause it seems no one wants to buy a manual these days but I prefer them. So therefore I got a great deal on it and it only had 7,000 miles on it.It was previously leased to someone who didn't drive it that much and the car still smells new. So of course I couldn't pass it up and so far I love it and it's damn near a new car even though it's a 2018.
Hey, I’m looking into getting one myself. I have a question how does your clutch feel? I went to a dealership to check out one out. It’s practically new only 37k miles on it with a clean CARFAX. However, I noticed that that clutch is super light I was able to push it all the way down with no effort or resistance. I have 2000 accord and the clutch on that is pretty heavy so I’m not sure if newer Hondas just have a light clutch or there’s something wrong with the car.
@@Saikotkg My clutch isn't super heavy but it's not super light either. However,Hondas have some of the easier shifting manuals on the market. If I were you I'd have a mechanic check it out. The previous owner may have ridden the clutch too much and it may be burning out. If people don't drive a manual properly and ride the clutch too much then they tend to go out sooner. I'd have it checked out to be on the safe side.
I got this .. and the manual transmission its great , love it , you also have a break hold button and ECON ... good performance , fast and fun to drive , the gear box is such a treat ..
Thanks for the video and the explanation, I am considering buying a civic just like that and according to your explanation it leaves me with good impressions, but if you could explain to me what the acceleration of the vehicle is like? Accelerate hard and fast? And how is the vehicle stable when cornering?
I Drove a GLI Jetta DSG transmisión then a Civic 2.0 Manual and although Jetta was Faster, was really boring compared to the civic the civic was a delicious car to drive.

Thanks for the review! Looking at either a 2017 Ford Focus ST or this car.
Nissan has good manual transmissions? Did you mean mazda?
Iam so mad, i couldn't find a manual anywhere near me, had to settle for a cvt
Same here... manual on these civic is practically bulletproof compared to a CVT..
Volkswagen manuals are great too
