I love #4 for you guys because it has the white kitchen you want and the bathtub... Plus the way the room connect. For the girls is perfect.
House 4 is definitely fit for your family. I think the girls in different rooms is good. And the kitchen and the tub. So it has it all. It’s beautiful and fits you well

I really like number 4 because you said that you wanted kami and Amelie to share a room and I hate sharing a room wih my sister ( we are really close but she is ten and I'm twelve) and then they share a bathroom and will still kind of share but I think as they grow older they will like this one the most!!!
I think house 4 is the best for your family because my sister and I had jack and Jill rooms and it gave us space away for each other while still being close instead of having to share everything......if that makes any sense

#4 the colors of the walls, the closet for sure with all the storage, the back yard because it has grass (or turf) to make it more homey! Absolutely beautiful and worth it. Y'all deserve a house like that!

All the model homes are upgraded. Normally when you get a house it's with the standard stuff. So if you want all the "extras" obviously it will be more. My husband builds for pulte. Beautiful homes!!

Either house 3 or 4!!! Personally I love the color scheme for house number 3. It has a super modern feel. 4 was very pretty too.

House 4 !! My girls are 12&13 and they hate sharing a room. They have been in the same room since day 1. They fight and get mad if one uses there stuff. But good luck, maybe your girls will be different!! Love the Mercado girls 💖

3! 4 is amazing but I've heard so many accidents with bricks like those in 4 that they even put a swing In it and I'm just worried for you and your family but this is just my opinion and this house could just be strong but everyone has there own opinion and I love 3 Even though I also love 4 I just love 3 a little more than 4 I Also love 4 because it has the bathtub in a master bathroom that you wanted..

I think house number 2 is nice but you should go for house number 4 for sure because it’s bigger and more spacious and it has more rooms in case your family continues to grow in the future anyways good luck 🤗

But I really think you should put them in their separate rooms, only because my two nieces shared a room and my sister regrets putting them together. They will end up repelling on each other as they get older & want their own space. My sister had such a hard time with them being in the same room ! I like the house were the two bathrooms join. The house with 3and a half bathroom I really love number 4. And I think the two joining rooms would be great for the girls. I think they should have separate rooms

I personally would pick #2 I love the deep darkwood look,along with the cozy open floorplan the others had to many doors ,rooms and space that wouldn't get used. Hate to be the one who has to clean it. Too many bathrooms im a family of 6 and 2andhalf baths is plenty.

I like house 3 and 4. But I think the best is house #4 so they can have their own room please :) I wouldn’t share with my sister when I got older trust me . Please it save your guy’s money to live house 4 rest of you guys live which don’t have to move to new place for kids get their own room is lot of money again but by the way I love the girl two rooms connect to bathroom is a lot better so house 4 is the perfect !
I loved them all but you should get either #3 or #4 and I think you should get #4 because it gives the girls there own space and still allow them to bond as sisters because me and my sister shared a room and we were constantly arguing and our room got quite cluttered and I wish we had separate rooms but other wise everything is perfect and I love you and your family your amazi ng!!!!!!!
