hey! just made this, and it was GREAT. and considering I can't make toast without burning the house, im pretty proud of myself and this was an easy to follow recipe! I however, freezed it for only an hour or two but they still turned out good!
i just want tits question, my bread crumbs did not cook into colour but my cheese started oozing out and melted already! And I froze them for 2 hours! And double coating!
@@holycow8155 Cooked at too high of a temp, getting the cheese melty before getting the crumbs golden. 275f ~ 5 minutes but watch them, could be more / less

I tried them yesterday and they were AMAZING! Thanks a lot for the recipe. My family loved them. It is fun to make them with friends and then enjoy them in a movie night. While i was making them, my bread crumbs finished(i did not think they need so many)so i replaced them with corn flour(it worked really good). IMPORTANT!!! DO NOT FORGET TO SALT THEM AT TH E END.

Asia Granger Mine failed first time, all fell apart.
Second time, a little crumbly but edible.
Third time, still falling apart but most of the cheese was melted properly.
Very tasty though!
Did you put it in the refrigerator for 6 hours or eben overnight then it shouldn't fall apart

I used this recipe it’s really good! I put it in the freezer overnight but this time I’m in a hurry so I’ll put them in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour as long as they’re frozen
Hi. Yes, that's true. As long as it's frozen, it's fine. The only reason for freezing is so the cheese doesn't ooze out into the oil. 😃😎

Melted butter works good salted or unsalted. (Salted is better in my experience)

Those of you asking if you can just immediately put them in the fryer;
The issue is the moisture in the fresh mozzarella. Freezing keeps the cheese from bubbling everywhere
I was fortunate enough (you may too) of only having "skim milk" mozzarella, its labeled as having low moisture
I made mine almost immediately, and they are falconing delicious.

Hi. You can, but they may be a little messy. The freezing stops the cheese from coming out while they are frying.
