I play Temari on main and I agree that she's the best of long range and also full of potential for close range with high damage (+ very strong awakening). As a pts Tenten main... Put her on D tier. If you play her in 1v1 she'll always lose unless your opponent is that trash. If you use her for team battle as an assist, stuns, and for her Ninja tools then she'll be a D+. It takes a 100 hit combo to take half of someone's green health bar and her reach is terrible but not as bad as Konan's
Mecha Naruto also has the best tracking being able to turn 180 degrees instantly with his rasengan and has a protective tilt and a good distance grab on top of being almost as fast as minato
Fuu should be S easily. She was a combo master. Combo stopper. She was op at least i was with her i made people rage. I can counter sasuke easily. Her awakening easily smashes minato or sasuke. She was op. Tenten spam was op. S3 tenten was s+, this tenten is a A+ she can counter temari and deidera anyday.

This tier list is well done, it shows that you are one of the best. Of course, I would make 3 changes in the tier list and they would be to raise gaara to rank S since he is more or less like sasuke, an easy character to play and with an infinite combo at 2 hits. The 2nd change would be to lower edo minate to C, since it has some lousy combos of which it is not even necessary to make a great change, an ult that never enters and an awakening that is only to protect itself and that's it. I don't put it in D since it has a pretty good grip and a rasengan that doesn't take a lot of life but it's fast and if you know how to use it well and not like the new clowns, then you can apply good pressure. Now, last change, kabuto with cape, I would raise it to A~B+ since it has a bansho tenin stun, which is quite good, it has quite considerable damage, and if you take it with an offensive set of objects, listen to me that in a matter of 30 seconds it will You lower more than half a bar, that is if I don't put it higher since it has a medium bad tilt, a good grip but that sells you a lot and some jutsus that could be improved. Be careful, this is in my opinion, anyway your tier list is perfect and I think you deserve more recognition. PS: sasuke from boruto is the same as the one from the last, only with another ulti.
Edo minato is one of the best characters in the game you must just not know how to use him. First his combos are dope and not that different from the other Minatos. His tilt skill allows you to mark the opponent and teleport temporarily to them which allows you to dodge so many attacks and close the distance easily. Second his ultimate is one of the easiest to hit since it’s range and hit box is so big, plus its dope asf. Third his awakening is so dope and gives you incredible speed and combos. Basically making you untouchable if you have chakra. His rasengan is definitely the best in the game due to you being able to do a flying raijin rasengan if you hold the button. He has range and close combos ability, definitely an A or S tier character.

Konan is nowhere near as bad as people make her out to be. Her starting combo attack isnt the slowest in the game despite being very slow, she has very good chakra shurikens that are difficult to dodge, a decent awakening (i digress who uses that) a pretty good support jutsu with lingering frames that can protect or attack, and her air combo can hit from the back fairly consistently. I use her, pain, and nagato and it makes a shockingly decent main team.
