I was walking sometimes for 1 hour, I think you can walk as much as you want, but for me I noticed better to walk 1 hour and then sit, sitting in asana I like, as it works like yoga practice. This walking also works as yoga practice, but sitting in asana can make bigger impact, so combination of both is best 😊
I am student student I complete my inner engineering and i practice upya yoga daily and aum chanting daily 15 mint 2 time..it benefit me..plz suggest me more to incresr my intelligence and focus
Aš much as you want. I usually walk after food or when I don't have anything to do,but it happens very rarely, so best to fix sometime or just whenever you feel like, or best when you feel mentally tired, this helps to regenerate mind and focus. Earlier I had sometimes very bad days mentally so I walked longer till relaxation comes. Just use as any other tool, as a prevention like toothbrush two times a day, and when really needed.
