Yvonne, I haven't commented before but I have to say something about that gorgeous crocheted bedspread!! Don't just get rid of it. There are people that would love, love, love that. I would but I can't afford it but someone will want that. I'm calling it a bedspread because it is sooooo huge. I watch both of your channels and I really do love watching you. I am a displaced Yooper living in Georgia so I do love watching Michigan people!! Thanks for listening!❤️ I love your beautiful hair!!😊
I have one of those bedspreads. Paid over $100 for it. Don't get rid of it. I looked for years to find it. It is perfect for summer and on my bed right now.

The STONE FOUNDATION IN THE BARN…… Be still my heart ! Our basement walls are like that…LOVE LOVE LOVE ! I wish the ceilings were higher than 6 1/2 ft, I would make a room down there. LOL!!! But so damp. My husband does have his office and ALL is little Tractor Collection in gorgeous lawyer cabinet shelves in the newer part of the basement. How silly to LOVE YOUR STONE WALL IN THE BASEMENT…But I do ❤️

Yvonne, you have said that you want Chris to make you a farm table...that barn door is perfect for a table. It is similar to one I got at auction. Hubby made me a beautiful table. Take apart the boards, plane them, use a joiner and biscuit them together!! Good luck. Love all the Shiny Brite treasures.

I love that crazy barn door! So different. I think the crochet item is a bedspread, not a tablecloth because it is so big and heavy.

I enjoy watching your videos, I just don’t understand how you buy everyday and are able to sell enough to make a living,lol. So you can see, i could never do what you do.❤. I absolutely love vintage Christmas decorations. You did good, I’m talking really good. Those last two pieces for the shop was a really good deal. I can’t wait to see what you do with the finds. I was thinking, I’d turn that tea pot into a planter. I found one last year with no lid, did a Christmas arrangement in it and it sold before the bazaar was open,lol.

So what, no lid. Stick fancy silverware in teapot. Wooden spoons, mashers, gadgets. Green wood handled items would look nice with yellow. Throw some greenery in it.

I absolutely love everything you got. I'm surprised you didn't get the pictures and and creamers and stuff too cuz they were white and some teapots. But I still love everything you got. Those shiny bright boxes sell for a lot of money. Great buys. Thank you for sharing
Love. Love y’all . I am interested in the crocheted bed spread/table cloth. It looks like it is made from cotton which can be machine washed. In fact, The more often they are washed, the softer and more beautiful they become. My father
grew up on a farm, worked for his dad as a home builder & ran his dads sawmill. When he went to college in the early 1930s he became a registered nurse. During WWll he worked at a military hospital in Washington DC. After the war, he took care of a wealthy gentleman at night, who lived in Chattanooga TN in the summer., then Miami in the winter. Being a hands on craftsman, he could not just sit at night, while he read a lot to pass the time, he needed to do something with his hands. So he got a book an learned to crochet with the beautiful fine cotton thread. He could not find a small crochet hook to purchase, so he made one out of a wire coat hanger. Over those yrs working nights after the war, he made 7 double bedspreads, 4 table cloths and many, many doilies. His work was perfect and beautiful!

Your dollars went a long way! That was a great score! The locks in the rusty crusty box would be great for folks who make bird houses. I did it for years for friends and family and I spent a fortune on those things. LOL

Those are some great deals. Chris finding that shop vac was brand new. I bet he was excited to get that. When I saw the box with all the metal I just new you were gonna get it. Lots of cool stuff in it. Especially those bed springs. I’m looking so forward to see the video at what your idea is to do with them. Ive got 4 of them. So you know I’ll be there watching.

I wrapped my shiny bride Boxes in cellifane and used curly ribbon put it under my tree with my childhood ornaments.
Great haul. Just fyi....I buy the small 4 wheel carts/trollys on sale for like $7.00 at Harbor Freight and take off the wheels. They have and small carts and large carts for different size wheels too. Super cheap and pretty sturdy. If you want to list that table cloth I'd be interested.

I'd use that ceocheted piece as a coverlet instead of a tablecloth. They're like an old fashioned "weighted blanket," plus they're beauteous!

Oh my goodness! How fun! ! You both made some awesome buys! I miss going to auctions. I don't think they have many near me. Everything is done on- line. So sad. There is nothing like the " excitement" of the auctioneers " patter"( for me anyway) so enjoy it while you can Yavonne, it's a dying " Art" ! Anyway, I also wanted to add just how beautiful you are! When you have that little black hoodie up over your hair ,you sure do not look like you are at 50! (Actually, anytime, just more- so because it makes a person focus on your face more??). ( I know, sounds weird coming from another woman...lol, I'm not " odd" just wanted you to know you are a stunning woman!..and I wanted to tell you! @@GingerChickRehabTheJourney I will watch to see if it sells. I think it is beautiful, I dont have a dinning table anymore . I might could do something with it. Maybe make 2 valances out of it. I need new bedroom window coverings. Thank you for taking the photos. I couldn't really see where the stain was. Maybe it would come out. It actually looks whiter than when you showed it, if you laundered it, thank you.

It was ok to make the fact of the condition of the home but it went on and on. You don’t know who or what the situation was there and I think you were kind of mean up to the end. You are lucky to have family. They clearly did not at the end of their life. Please remember, not all situations are perfect. It made me sad at the end of your video and empathized with the people who owned the beautiful home.
