Sorry to be picky but at 4:45, you should lift with your knees not your back. You only have one spine, try and look after it. Great job, I would love one of those in my back garden but I live in Scotland and the weather is shoite. Love watching your videos.👍👍👍
Thank you for acknowledging that I have a spine. My wife would argue to the contrary so this means a lot. Seriously though, yeah, sometimes it’s a bad habit of mine (see my cartridge filter cleaning video for more evidence). My cousin who’s a chiropractor lays into me about it on a regular basis...
