So in June 2018, after watching animation memes for years, I finally decided I wanted to make one. I was insecure about my animations for a while, I never seemed to have time to animate and I felt like I was too old for animation memes by the time I decided to finally make one. I stuck to tweening because I felt more confident in my art than my actual animation, but I had so much fun making it and watching my creation over and over and over. I was like damn.... i really made that huh? I kept making simple memes and I had a blast doing them. I didn't get very much attention at first and that was okay.
Fast forward to only a year later and here i am. I'm way more confident with my animation, I picked back up frame by frame animation and now it's my primary animation method. it's actually kinda funny bc I almost hate tweening now LOL it took me sooo long just to tween this simple thing.
I cant believe that i've come this far in only a year. thank you guys so much for supporting me. i read every comment and im so happy that you guys love my animations, cause god I LOVE animating so much. i just watched from the sidelines for so long, im so glad i finally got the confidence to make animations again, and now i have an excuse to keep animating.

Wait i think i maybe have an idea about the backstory after having a think
Roxxie was given that necklace by the twins, but it made her powerful and i think that's where her shadow form is coming from
And the twins seem to look really guilty in the matstubs meme
I don't think Roxxie can get rid of the necklace
Or the twins are using Roxxie because they knew she'd have a shadow form and they're using her to protect them or something
Idk, just my ideas
I'll have to do some more thinking but here's just my opinion for now
Oh and i just had another thought
In the good in me meme, she's given the necklace by the twins, and then she's holding it in her shadow form
Im very sure that the necklace has something to do with her shadow form
And also, the twins seem to be very kind, and i think Roxxie trusts them, and she doesnt complain about the necklace because she doesnt want to be rude, but shes scared she might hurt someone? and im still confused on how she is getting sick
maybe when someone...maybe someone who had the necklace before her was hurt, then she becomes worried, and sick?
I'm sure Zurui has got something to do with this too
