444 miles without a stop sign or light? That's so cool! During tick season, you can dust your shoes and the bottoms of your pant legs with sulfur that you get a garden store. It will deter the ticks. Not sure how you could protect Roodle. It would look funny to have him wearing a full body suit that you dusted with sulfur. Lol. Not to mention that would be too hot. I guess if he doesn't lick himself a lot you could use a small amount on his legs and underside.

    Hi, you guys.
I don't know if you recall, but my friend, Lori and I met you two and Broodle (sp?) at a river in Southern Oregon the day after Memorial Day 2020 when you guys were picking up trash that the lazy, thoughtless, litterbugs left behind.
Lori said you were up in Montana for sugar beet harvest but she missed your call and was sorry about that.
I'm going to be traveling up from Southern California at around the same time/same place as last year, probably arriving at that river in early June., Are you guys going to be anywhere in the Pacific Northwest? I would love to visit with you again and swap stories if you're game.
I'm not fully vaccinated yet, but wear my mask, keep a respectful distance, and follow common-sense rules.
I'll check back here before I leave and will try to find your business card to see if there is better contact info. I'll look for you on Instagram too,.
    Be well, safe, and happy.
