It takes a good bit of practice. I failed several times until I got the hang of it, even busted my ass hitting the floor a time or two. But now I can do it every time. Basically, you need to reach the spinning leg behind you and produce torque to make at least a full turn. Then you just have to hold your body position and balance until you land.
