-_- i don't mean foundation so literally. flares would be considered foundational power, as would mills. when the first person did chair flares, before power exploded in terms of variations, they would be considered that person's move. on the same note, chair flares are a variation and it's easier to expand "foundation" to include variations than to include a move like the "king spin" which is pretty unique and not really a direction variation of anything.
If you knew anything, Korea's not dead, they just decided to focus on foundation more or become more all around rather than power. Last for One for example used to be about power, now people like joe and zeronine arent just doing straight power anymore. Right now it's almost like transferring generations, all the junior crews of the big crews (drifterz rivers last for one etc.) are taking the reigns now.
