Tip for the iron waterfall: use chest boat going into different hoppers (which all go into different droppers) to spread the iron equally

with the iron farm you should have a dispenser on each side so the iron gets spead out between even more blocks

Cookie,i have 1 thing you can add to your one block
1)probably add some fire to the one block area.(i know this sounds stupid but)just add some inflammable block around it,the reason is if a mob spawns the fire will kill it.

Just for advice, you need grass under the sheep so they can grow their wool back.
Place Grass Blocks under the sheep pen so that they can produce wool :)

There might be another way to get ice. I don’t know if you can use Silk Touch to pick up ice made by Frost Walker, but it might be something to try.

The plan to create ice during the building limit would work, but it would have to rain, and instead of rain it would snow, because during the building limit, instead of rain, it would snow and the water would freeze.

Cookie needs to bake real cookies to prove he's actually the Cookie God :)
Cookie you can convert clean stone to by putting a 4x4 Spruce tree and clean stone around and then use bonemeal to grow it. That will turn the stone into podsol that you can turn into farmland and then dirt. It’s hella annoying but could fix ur dirt issue
I recomend adding another layer of bloocks under your floor where you build because it makes it safer and more protective rather then 1 layer.

My suggestion is change the ground of the sheep to grass so that they can grow back their wool...
Mr. cookie you build out of stone bricks a lot. You should use stone cutter. Because if you have a stack of stone then you only get 16 stone bricks because 4 stones is needed for 1 bricks. If you use stone cutter , one stack of stone is equal to one stack of bricks which can save you a lot, I wish this helps🤩
Pls make this second one block series have a cookie farm.
