No, they only accept Serbian Dinar. No Euros and certainly no credit cards.

Listen, bus driver and the control man can be SUPER nice, so if u ask them they will be ok even with no paying, but you NEED to ask them like: sorry i dont have dinars ets. Price of the one bus fare, with 34A/B is only like 0.80$, so its SUPER cheap, even paying for taxi, ask someone to call you a taxi, to citycenter, it will be around 6-8$ for 4 people (4 pp can fit in)
