Good to see you back on the scene. My pre-pandemic relocation states from NYC were the Carolinas and Florida, Florida being #1 .I ended up in Georgia middle GA to be exact 4 hrs from Jacksonville FL. Excellent move !
Most of Florida is still very desirable (Especially Tampa), problem is the price/interest rates are locking the average person out of ownership and even renting. Transplants from higher COL cities are still coming; if they keep similar wages coming down I don't see prices dropping much, then you also have to factor in todays higher interest rates that are just as important.
If the interest rates were lower the prices would just keep going up, I think the interest rates are causing the prices to stabilize.
These housing experts were wrong in 2021, wrong in 2021, and wrong in 2022. Well let's see if they're right in 2023.
Hopefully 1 out 4 they right... This market has to cool down

I can def say regarding the housing market I’m so happy we moved where and when (2020) moved. We have toyed w the idea of benefiting from this equity BUT like you our int rate is so good that I dont want to mess w it. It will be interesting to see what happens this year.

Rude boy could have solved that problem buying a portable battery charger at autozone. And you could have charged the battery there as well. You deh a foreign to long lol.
The battery tester they put on it said failed bro, they wouldn't charge it. The battery charger would be a short term fix. I would still need to get a battery
