Jack grabbed that 2nd squirrel out of mid air, awesome. Best thing about hunting with a dog is watching them work, seeing them in their element doing what they were bred generation after generation to do. Another kick ass video

Personally I’ve been training my female Vizsla for the last year to hunt and retrieve all small game (fur and feather). She is finally ready for her first hunting season, so I can fully appreciate the work it takes and how rewarding it is to have a canine hunting companion. Please keep the Jack content coming!

had a dog in the past that had a THIRST for squirrel. He'd damn near catch them falling out of the trees. Saw him reach his giant muzzle under the bottom of a wooden fence and snatch a running squirrel once. That boy got bit one time.... I dont think a single bone was left unbroken after that! Heard a loud yelp from the bushes and then he was going crazy on that thing. used to have to trade him milk bones for squirrels. Miss that darn dog.

Those razor darts are extremely deadly with good shot placement. I shot a groundhog on vid a few weeks ago right through the lungs died within 30 sec.

My lab pup got bit one time in the middle of her nose. After that every squirrel she fetches for me gets a quick crunch then the retrieve.

Hi Tim, just saw your video where Jack got bit by a squirrel. Back in my younger years I was a vet tech & lived in the far northern Sierra Mountains where we saw a lot of squirrel bites on hunting canines. Please, for Jacks sake keep in mind squirrel bites can abscess terribly & must be cleaned out completely & treated with antibiotics to prevent future problems which can lead to death. Here is to hoping you & Jack have many good hunting years to come! Good luck!

Was thinking the same thing. His wife saying "he's chasing an elk" doesn't exactly help my concern. I've seen enough videos of white tail clobbering dogs, never mind a damn elk.

Very cool hunting and cool little pup. Definitely some very good shots That air rifle is one accurate shooter!! Reminds me of my first air rifle. I had a Benjamin marauder .22 synthetic stalk. Loved it. I actually split awood match at twenty five yards with a jsb 18.13 grain pellet. Unfortunately it started having problems and upgraded to the high powered Airforce Condor SS .25. Talk about a super accurate, very powerful and almost silent rifle. I love it. I don't even scare birds while I'm shooting paper and plinking. Great video as always. Keep up the sharp shooting.

Suweet harvest with dog catching the squirrel. Those darts are deadly too. Wish we could hunt with blowguns in KY. They allow sling shots for small game here, but a blowgun seems way more accurate and deadly for the average user, even on small game. Thanks for sharing.

A few of us can hear when you make a shot count . We have heard that sound many times before, but it's nice the green hunters gets told when you hit , I use to hear my 220 swift or the boys 22,250 hit we both used 70 gr match to reload both
