You don't have to include every single word of your presentation as if you're going to read a script. It's good that the audience have something to learn on what you’re about to say, making them more interested to pay attention. Putting every word on your powerpoint has no sense of giving curiosity and suspense to your audience anymore. Third, do not READ each and every word shown on your presentation. This is really a BIG NO. YOU ARE PRESENTING, NOT READING! Your audience can READ. Do not RE-READ it for them. for those who criticize the guy, his presentation is prefect, he looks relax, confident and moving slightly. plus not reading fully from the ppt and he is not looking at one place but time looks at the Powerpoint and time to audience. the only things I would have recommended is to change the mood a bit, smiling or adding some jokes, but not been serious all the presentation.
