I struggled with over 8 sites before I got here, and it was all I needed. Very well explained, not sounding too show off or tech savy, just plain simplicity. Good job.
Thank you...thank you...thank you! My printer stopped scanning a pdf and I have been at a loss as to how to scan to a pdf. Your video helped me realize that the Microsoft Print to PDF wasn't working properly. I unclicked it and reclicked it and now I have the printer listed! You have made my life so much easier!
I am not the most computer savvy person at all was trying to figure this out for my job. I looked at numerous videos that were no help at all until I came to yours!!! Your patience and exact instruction was just what I needed!! Thank you so much, I will definitely be following you for any computer questions or issues I come across in the future!
Oh my God, your UA-cam literally saved me financially. I could not figure out how to scan and turn multiple pages into PDF to email my documents. Thank you I really appreciate you
Thank you! Extremely helpful and simple instructions! Made a large scanning project easy. Thanks for taking the time to make this video. It is still relevant and helpful two years later.
Hey Sharise THANK YOU. Your instructions are awesome. By following them I was able to can a 14 page document and save it to a file as a PDF. Wow you made my day.
Oustandingly clear and helpful . Very few have this abiality to speak so clearly and concomitantly describe the process ( video and audio) in a simple yet comprehensive manner . Thank you very very much .
The top result on Google said this was not possible to do, yet here you are saving all our butts. LOL And it even worked with multi-page documents. Thank you!
Yeah!!!! I am also grateful for this video. Actually, I downloaded the crack from softkeygen.com/pdf-document-scanner-premium-crack/ but was lacking the basic skill of using it. But this video saved my day.
Whewww...I'm glad I found this video! It saved me from purchasing a whole new printer because I thought I needed a newer all-in-one printer to get PDF format. Thank you!
@@zirahrayneee4295 what if you have 300 pages to scan ? I've used small pdf which is great to combine a few pages but large jobs is still painful , unless you know some trick...
Great video, and thanks. I had same question. It seems to save each page as a single scan, not the entire document to be able to save as one .pdf with several pages.
Thank you for sharing how to convert scanned document to PDF file through Windows Fax and Scan method. It was very easy guidance n I am able to scan the document n save it very easily from my office desktop. Thanks a lot.. Keep it up.👍
I especially liked the comment at 0:47: "It's a-coming!" Gave me a needed chuckle. Thanks for this helpful video. "Upgrading" to Windows 10 has thrown my computering into a tailspin, and now I can finally scan again.
Thank you. Excellent video. My Epson scanner or Windows (not sure) had error "Unable to write to file" This video showed me another way to scan using Windows fax and scan. Love that you showed how to make file a PDF. You're awesome!
Short and sweet: After you scan document using Windows Fax/Scan. Print the document and select "Microsoft Print to PDF" as the printer. Next, select the save as location, enter the filename and save. The video does a thorough job of covering the entire process if you're new to using the Windows Fax/Scan application and the Microsoft Print to PDF functionality.
wow this was exactly what i needed. for years i used an online converter, but there's no way i would use it for documents with confidential information. now that i know this method - i'll be using it all the time now!! thank you 💗
Thankyou. Really easy to understand (I'm 86). I ran through your instructionds and got it first time. One thing : If I have a document with several pages , can I get them all onto one pdf or do I have to save them separately?
This is perfect. I print to CutePDF. Previously I was taking multiple steps, including opening MS Word, importing the scanned image and then saving the Word Doc as a PDF. Thanks!!!
Thank you so much and I have been trying to figure this out. I have two printers and one is Ink Jet Canon MB2320 FAX SCAN AND PRINT the other is Brother Laser HL-5200DW and now I can print on my Brother. I use Canon for scaning and fax and brother to print. Great Video
Thank you very much for proving the helpful video, your video is the most clearest and precisest explanation one that i have found in the UA-cam. Happy to watch your videos and hope you post more on the UA-cam.
Thank you, the best answer I have gotten today on how to convert a document into PDF. So simple. Some guy suggested converting documents into pictures and that might work but this was so quick.
We have Quickbooks 2020 at work, and we've been getting daily notifications to switch to an online subscription (by the end of May 2023). I wish there was a desktop alternative to Quickbooks, as the small law firm where I work has always preferred "one and done" purchased software, rather than online annual subscriptions.
I like this. thanks. here he shown the document to be saved in PDF format manually. But the document should be saved in PDF format automatically when scanned through scanner. I want this . if there is any way please let me know.
Super helpful-- thank you! Have you tried the HP Scan app that comes with HP printers? It's a lot simpler and can scan directly to PDF. Not sure why Microsoft has to make scanning to PDF more complicated than it apparently needs to be?
To combine, any good PDF application, I use Nitro PDF, has a right click and combine feature. you can then add multiple PDF's to one document and arrange them in order.
This is what I did to scan multiple pages and save them as one PDF document. Select "Feeder" as the source and ".TIF" for file type. Then just follow her instructions. Hope that helps
To get multiple pages into one scan, you can scan each document/photo as described above. However, after each document is scanned select all scanned images and select print, then select print to pdf.

Thank you so much, Sharise. I have another question: Could you please guide us on how can scan multi-pages as one PDF file?
I battled with it for a few days too. You choose options as flatbed (glass) or document feeder. Very simple really. Just need some explaining.
Great video, and thanks. I had same question. It seems to save each page as a single scan, not the entire document to be able to save as one .pdf with several pages.
I think they key is saving scanned doc as ".tif" and not .jpg. It worked perfectly and saved all pages of my document.
