is it correct to state that according to classical wave theory, photoelectric emission can occur at all frequencies, provided you increase the intensity to a certain level so that more power received by electrons and eventually photelectric emission can occur?

New syllabus only has different chapter numbers and lesser content in Quantum Physics, best to check the syllabus to see which subtopics were removed!
