I never owned a pug, but my gf does, once i met him we immediately became best buddies, 5 weeks later, i met him again and he remembered me! pugs are the cutest, funniest and most affectionate dogs ever
I had to put my last one to sleep a week before Christmas broke my heart you was almost 15 you do have to take good care of a pug. Not like other dogs yes and they want to eat too much

It's scary how accurate this is. Like, seriously, it's every pug in a nutshell.

One of our pugs lived to be 19.
Mine only lived for 9 years... he was 35 pounds but he was tall, more like 18 inches.

Are they really that hard to train ?
I got my puppy two months ago and she's not that hard to train .. she wouldnt lay down the first 3 weeks but now she can sit, lay down, comes when called, knows her name and can go to her "place".
It depend on the dog not breed I had a chuwawa I took me 10 months to train when I had a English bull terrier took 3 weeks I had a other chwawa I took 1 month to train
