Ectopic Pregnancy || Ultrasound || Case 151
Clinical Features:
A young married female patient came with
- Amenorrhoea for 2.5 months.
- Lower abdominal pain, more on the left for 1 day.
Ultrasound Features:
- A well defined oval gestational sac with an embryo without any detectable cardiac pulsation is seen at the left adnexal region. CRL measures about 15mm corresponding to 8 weeks 1 day of gestation.
- The left ovary could not be separately visualized.
- Endometrium is thickened with a pseudo sac.
