Hi, long time no speak. It used to wind me up that I could never find anything at the back of the wardrobes. I initially just made one for me. Now Antonia wants two more for her wardrobe. Aaahhh
Now that box with the handle is inspiring. Neat Solution to the Firestick problem. We do not have legs but I do put out a trailcam, so already use that idea. Love it.
I just cut up an old T-shirt. I have a sublimation printer that lets me print on material although a felt pen message would work just as well. Then I got Antonia to sew it for me as I had no idea how to operate the sewing machine.
But was it inspiring LOL? I'm sure it would have made you laugh if you could have seen Antonia and I trying to get our new sewing machine to work to enable us to make the steering wheel cover. Luckily Antonia is a LOT more patient than I am.
@@Ian-and-Antonias-Escapades 😁definitely inspiring & a very clever idea, I can see you selling these at a show or an online shop 😁 If you saw me trying to thread 🧵 my sewing machine, you’d definitely be laughing, I’ve literally zero chance of ever doing my curtains!! ☺️ Em x
Like the shelves and the boxes with the handles. But that fire stick is great, our traditional one travels in the bed and free stands next to the door.
I've very impressed with the Fire Safety Stick. Its a tad expensive but worth in the long run as it has a 15 year shelf life and requires no maintenance.
We have the same van as you and are on the 79 owners forum too What a great idea for the home made draw in the wardrobe and the handles on the storage crates above the sink might have to pinch those ideas 🤜 P.s if you also don’t mind me asking how do you get to join these collaboration videos ? Keep up the great videos just subscribed Mark & Hazel .
We like the 79 owners forum too but have found the Motorhomefun forum/website to be the best for information. Did you see our other hints an tips video as that is also for the 79-4. As for joining the collaboration I just emailed and asked if we could join. When we joined we only had 84 subscribers. Just subscribed to you too. 😊
@@Ian-and-Antonias-Escapades yes I’ve seen that vlog too I will have to have a look at that forum . Interesting who do you email please see if I can get in on it too
@@mark-hazelsmotorhomeadventures You can find motorhomefun at www.motorhomefun.co.uk. It was Bob Earnshaw who I contacted re. the group. I'll see if I can find his email address. Or he has a Facebook page: facebook.com/BobEarnshawMoHo/?locale=en_GB
Like the box/draw idea. We use the pondland plastic containers, but they waste space as they are irregular. :)
It was quite difficult finding squarish tubs. I got them B&M in the end and the handles from I Excess.
Love your shelves and drawers. Excellent storage improvement. 💙🚐 Trev n Sue

Hi Ian & Antonia, some good ideas, I like the steering wheel cover reminder, very good 😁 Thanks for sharing, Em & Gary 💜

We've got a traditional extinguisher in the new van but had the Firestick in the old van, that bracket is a great idea 👍
I was very disappointed with the bracket it came with. It is completely useless for mobile use.
Thanks I’ve just ordered my fire stick support.
I posted it first thing this morning. Let me know how you get on with it 😊

Love the shelves idea. Nice idea for a collab, well done.
Glad it worked out OK.. I was pleased to see so many take part.
Hi @BobEarnshawMoHo spoken to Ian
And was wondering if our channel could also be considered to join the vanners Collaborations Best wishes Mark
Love the boxes with handles - never mind the van I could do with these at home! Great ideas
Rachel & David
Glad you found them useful. Antonia is not very tall and nagged me about not being able to reach them. 😊
@@Ian-Bennett I can’t reach our cupboards in the kitchen either and I’m not small! 😡
