What year are you in at culinary school?? My daughter is in her second year (the year they go abroad) and she doesn't have half the stuff you have. You should consider putting your knives in a roll up poach. Great videos by the way and good luck in the future
Hey! I’m in my 4th year of culinary school (first year bachelors) and I have two more years to go. I have all these things since I also work as a pastry chef. Although you don’t need all of these items, I do recommend them, depending on the type of work your daughter does, it’s up to her what tools she needs. Im not a fan of knife pouches and the thought of keeping an additional item I have to carry is too much, But it’s probably a smart decision 😅
@@marrssy Have you considered placing magnetic strips in the lid to hold your knives? It may work to keep your knives from getting dulled or cutting you.
Iam not a chef or a student but I love baking thank you for sharing all your videos they are so fun to watch for me plus I learned a lot about Malta Iam from Saudi so Iam close and might visit someday💕💕💕
