I'd fan those two windows, and clean the frames in less than 60 seconds. 35 years plus experience. This is how I teach a rookie. The outcome is the same, I've always been fast, even at 58!
I do residential work, I've only been doing pole work for about a month I'm struggling fanning on a pole especially closing out so i have to do straight pulls which i find easier time is money .

I enjoy your videos. I got out of the business a long time ago but I was doing it for about a decade. I designed my own outdoor system that was very inexpensive and saved an insane amount of time. I’d be happy to explain it to you if you’re ever interested.
@@coyotefeather4896 well idk if you’re in the U.S. or not but what I did was went to Culligan water systems and rented a deionization tank and secured it in the bed of my truck, then I bought 2 hose reels and mounted one on either side of the truck and put 100’ of hose on each. ( I recommend going to your local hose manufacturer and having them custom made. Get the thinner red hose with brass fittings. They are much more durable and easier to manage than regular garden hoses). I got regular hand crank reels because the electric powered ones were too expensive when I was just starting out. Next I bought an awning cleaning pole and brush from Unger. They have window cleaning systems now but are a lot more expensive. The pole and brush have a small green water supply line that runs through the center of the brush to dispense water, you’ll want to reroute that hose to have the water spray off the top of the brush. Just get a spray nozzle off of a garden sprayer and make sure it’s plastic and not metal. Mount the spray nozzle and green hose slightly back from the top of the brush because when you’re scrubbing the window the top of the window frame will wear the nozzle out quickly if you don’t. For cleaning simply spray the window to get it wet, use the brush to scrub the dirt and then rinse. Back then the tank rental from Culligan was like $20 a month and then $100 to swap it out when it was depleted. Make sure you get from whoever you rent the tank from the little electric monitor that tells you if the tank is depleted or not. I made the mistake of not doing that in the beginning and had to redo a house because the tank was depleted and I didn’t know it. If you have any other questions feel free to ask. Best of luck.
@@tuko99xtheugly56 cool thanks for sharing, I am always impressed by people who are able to rig up their own good system on the cheap. I ended up just biting the bullet and buying a Xero system with a carbon on pole. Made the money back in just a few days. But I wish I had known there were cheaper ways to get into WFP way back when I was starting my business, took me way to long to get it to the point where I could afford to buy a nice system. Hopefully this will help someone getting started
I was the same way. Thanks to SteveO who helped me pick a good WFP system. The best decision I’ve ever made. A few years later, WFP system is everything to me. I strongly encourage you to get into WFP system. Talk to SteveO. He’s amazingly good to what he does.

SteveO, when I do commercial windows I have noticed that the squeegee angle changes when coming down and starts to skip and leave a mess. Should I use the pole for halfway down and then do it by hand to resolve this? Please answer ready to start my business. I have been practicing on my large slider door. Thanks, SteveO.@@SteveOthewindowcleaner

Wow thats awesome, great job!
Like all your videos, they are always educational, straight forward and honest
Where do you get that pole head where you can turn the squeegee while washing, so that it isn’t “stiff”?❤
for me in germany you are a very important teacher. Thank you for the great videos!
Extra thank you from "Stick and Move window washing" UK, US, & TX.

How much you guys charge per window?..
What size squeegee is the most commonly used?
why does it matter if you straight pool or fan the water still comes off?
What mop handle and pole are you working with here? I really like the angles it could be placed in.

Straight to the pull.
Why when I do straight pulls even when angling on the second pull it leaves the line in the middle
Where can I find that pole or one like it i am looking into starting a window cleaning business and can’t afford a water fed pole.
Here you go

Hi Steve, u try out silicon instead of rubber? I have problems sometimes to clean sunny Windows :-( i get depressed :-)
I have and use them, sometimes they get a little sticky
Awesome bro thx
This is super cool! 🔥 🔥 🔥
What's the pole called?
Xero trad pole, the link in my bio will take you to the website to purchase
What angle do you usually have your squeegee when fanning?
40
So amazing 🥰🥰
What state are you out of?
Steve I notice you switched the moerman channel for the ettore. Is there a reason for this? Is the ettore better?
I prefer Ettore brass with this setup, personal preference but not a fan of the liquidator
@@SteveOthewindowcleaner I’ll have to try it, liquidators been giving me trouble with streaks.
Why u don't use a tiny small ladder?
Its going faster
Pole is a lot faster!
Window cleaning as exciting as watching paint dry

To be onest i really like to watch Steve clean Windows i learned a lot of this man

10$ a window

Broken 1 window, it was a storm so it happens
Overkill
About as least overkill that it gets, but hey to each there own
