Your directions are great so this is not directed towards you this is directed towards FORD. What a stupidly complicated labor intensive process just to replace a cabin air filter. My previous car all had to do was basically open the glove box (albeit a little bit lower than normal) but compared to this it was EASY. This is downright ridiculous
Thanks inwamted to do it myself this time as last time I took it to the fors dealership amd I noticed I was missing both philliphs screws lol I'm glad I did ot myself u cant even trust a dealership

Why did they make it so hard to check / change
Good question! We can only guess as to what their mentality was when designing these gloveboxes.
What size nut driver?
We used a 7mm nut driver at 1:05 in the video.
