I couldnt get my account back. I was able to recover the account for like a second and then all of a sudden I was kicked out again and it said that my email account was changed even though I changed the email on this account completely and I changed the password. I can’t get in anymore and can’t do this trick again.

I can't get into my account. I'm not getting a verification code after putting in my phone number and it gives the option to check other verification methods but that does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Now I can't play all my games that are linked to my epic games account because when I try to unlink and link to new account it takes me to my locked xbox account to sign into but I can't sign into it, you wanna know why? Didn’t work for me. When I get to enter new password, it says “something went wrong”. I bought a new phone and forgot my fb password and this has been the worst experience. HELP!! Your directions were spot ON but I keep getting stuck when I am asked to submit my 6-digit authentication code that I do not have. Last week I tried to change my password and was asked for the 6-digit code ( i don't know it) and have submitted my license to confirm my identity 3 times already. 24 hours later, I get an email telling me to click on a link and use the temporary password provided and then it asks for my 6-digit code again. I tried everything but I still can’t get in. Once I’m in it keep making me enter another password before I can remove the hackers account they have tried to my account from Facebook. I can’t removed any of their info. I tried it 3 times and *Tischler tech* get it recovering

I have an access to one of my email that is link to my facebook account. I do not have a smart phone or any type of video camera. Google has stopped working for me so now I use Microsoft edge in my desktop with windows 10. FB has locked me out today when I tried to join for the 1st time. FB says I have 180 days to fix or they will permanently delete my accoun tWill this still still work and what willI have to do differently. Have tried just about everything. I couldnt get my account back. I was able to recover the account for like a second and then all of a sudden I was kicked out again and it said that my email account was changed even though I changed the email on this account completely and I changed the password. I can’t get in anymore and can’t do this trick again.

HELP!! Your directions were spot ON but I keep getting stuck when I am asked to submit my 6-digit authentication code that I do not have. Last week I tried to change my password and was asked for the 6-digit code ( i don't know it) and have submitted my license to confirm my identity 3 times already. 24 hours later, I get an email telling me to click on a link and use the temporary password provided and then it asks for my 6-digit code again. I do not have a smart phone or any type of video camera. Google has stopped working for me so now I use Microsoft edge in my desktop with windows 10. FB has locked me out today when I tried to join for the 1st time. FB says I have 180 days to fix or they will permanently delete my accoun tWill this still still work and what willI have to do differently. Have tried just about everything.
