Switzerland has won two times:
1956: Lys Assia - "Refrain"
1988: Céline Dion - "Ne partez pas sans moi"
Switzerland particpated for the first time in 1956 with the songs "Refrain" and "Das alte Karussell" both permformed by Lys Assia as in that year (1956) each conuntry competed with two songs.
