Hello, Flair. Have you ever had a beaver burger? I enjoyed the beaver catch, clean, & cook video that you posted recently. This summer, I watched two videos by another UA-camr where he made burgers from a beaver he trapped. In the first video, he ground bacon in with the beaver meat, and he and his brother said it was the best burger they've ever eaten. In the second video, he didn't use bacon, but had a BBQ for family members where he served beaver burgers; everyone whom attended said the burgers were delicious.

You can do very basic salt, sugar & water or start with that & add stuff...fresh herbs, whole peppercorns, sprigs of fresh herbs, citrus zest, spicy peppers etc. Kabobs might be good served over lemon/garlic rice.
Just a content idea: I think it would be cool to see a video where you went one day eating only wild game you've made. It could be three meals you prepare using actual recipes, and some jerky and meat sticks you always have too.
