Beautiful series, seeing how "perfect" noel wants every layer of instrument and vocals- being sure how he wants it to sound, even if others say it sounds okay- he still works harder on tiny details- a true virtuoso ❤
I've counted every day of the week to get to this one! She was so anxious. We get to the vocals part! Omg! I'm enjoying every second! Thank you for this! ❤❤❤
Remember Rosie Danvers well from when she was seen regularly as a member of The Wired Strings performing with Weller in the 90's. They also did a lovely intro of 'Riverboat Song' for OCS at the Albert Hall in 97.
Love the insight in to what goes on behind the scenes. I was recently at studio tracking vox and it was definitely not as posh as Noels or the legendary Abbey road!
I heard Noel say he actually began to enjoy Beach Boys music, their trippy songs like Good Vibrations but he was disappointed that Brian Wilson was using a lyricist-songwriter from outside the band Tony Asher
@@jumpboy29 I didn’t know he began to enjoy it although I knew he only loves Good Vibrations!!! happy to hear but He also loves Burcharach who has co-writer. and some his favorite artists would have the same styles too. I hope he gave brian a good evaluation haha
This was such a great watch! The guitars, the gear, most of all the craic! I love how chill Noel is, but, he's working with great, pro musicians (Johnny fucking Marr!), I'd love to see him work with hopeless fuckers, like me, he'd be losing his rag all the time! There'd be lots of "god you're a wanker!" "can you not just fucking play it properly once??" "you call that a fucking cup of tea??" etc etc now THAT would be a laugh to watch!!
17:14 ... love the vid...Are any of the musicians actually watching / taking instruction from the conductor? They all seem to be enjoying themselves, so we'll go with that!
@@valeriamollica5294 as I said… you can’t tell the difference when they’re blended together. She harmonizes his voice with the exact same tone and intervals that he has done for many many years
@@SGPriv227 but the vocal registers are completely different and eventually shows even when one can get to the top of it. I know this very well being a talented contralto like Jess myself.
Not sure about other viewers but i have been trying to make songs by myself with loopers etc and Im getting loads of Great Info out of these videos I thought i was weird and doing things wrong making songs in the same way kind of but im obviously better than Noel ... Lol I played a song to friends last week or my song idea should i say and they believed it was Oasis b side or early recordings I think my sound comes from Noel mostly I wish i did all this Younger but we can still have fun ! Thanks Noel
Hey Noel, you should learn TuxGuitar. You said you couldn't play keyboards but you can produce midi files through TG. I want to listen to your House Music.
Noel playing his 12 string with the Roxy’s was so encapsulating
Beautiful series, seeing how "perfect" noel wants every layer of instrument and vocals- being sure how he wants it to sound, even if others say it sounds okay- he still works harder on tiny details- a true virtuoso ❤
It's his name on the cover, he's definitely right
Definitely maybe😉
He also says "nah we'll just loop it" a lot 😂
Love this man's voice.
Such a lovely voice indeed! It gives me peace anytime I hear it.
Being the fly on the wall...thankyou for sharing the process..total magic!!!
Magic! It shows how lazy He is ..its just random qwerty keyboards and the most basic casio nonsense..
When I get to [Part 4], I've drank 12 beers already watching this. Love from Chile, Noel.
Love Noel's 'fiddledy things' loop tip. 😀
Matt all full of burger and chips bless him
You avin that?!

Noel seems like a pretty good boss!
Cheers for this, Miss Gallagher. ✌🏻
Wow. Always thought those backup singers on Council Skies were horns!!! They're good!!
Is that good or bad though?

@@maybenodyarg glad you enjoy it!
Amazing to take a behind the scenes look at this great album.
This is golden content for all producers out there ! thanks for sharing this
A master at work

Bravo, really enjoyed this series!

Dead to the World is by far the best thing he's done. Strong lyrics.
The best album Noel has done a decent while. I hope he doesn’t hang around making the next one because he seems to be in the groove.
Remember Rosie Danvers well from when she was seen regularly as a member of The Wired Strings performing with Weller in the 90's. They also did a lovely intro of 'Riverboat Song' for OCS at the Albert Hall in 97.
more episodes in the recording studio please!!!!
This is amazing well done Noel ❤
Gotta love Jessica Greenfield . Stunning voice .

This is an amazing documentary
Loving this series ❤🎸
Trying to Find a World is the track for me, I adore that song ❤️
It's like a movie soubdtrack stunning! But why he tease us with it being part 1?!
Your voice is stupidly pleasant ❤
I love those fly-on-wall type of docs. Especially of course when the album is more than good, as is the case here.
The Best what this listen of Noel Gallagher great intervew... Thank You so much.
Noel being cool as ever.
I love this album 😊
This is so AMAZING ❤❤🔥🔥
Love Noel and love Rosie. Creations!

It's very well filmed.
Splendid!!! ❤
Brilliant insight into how the album was made.
Love seeing how he meshed all those layers of the songs … they sounded so good live… thank you for sharing
이거 보고 음악을 다시 들으니 뭔가 새롭게 느껴진다...🔥
It's like hearing it for the first time and feeling that emotion!
Matt definitely asked for a burger and chips from Abbey Road’s canteen.
How cool, its so interesting to see and hear Noel doing his thing.. I know now why Council skies is so fucking good!!!
(0:01) Great vocals!
6:52 sublime ❤
Love watching these videos, great insight
good to see acoustic versions
Looping stuff is Noel's solution to every problem.
11:56 full circle moment for old Noel
Noels face after she said “ we need the real people” 😂
Just one day working in the studio with Noel. It's all I'm asking 😎
@thenorthrocksmusic. I'd be happy being a runner just making brews & stuff, anything to be in the presence of Noel Gallagher, music genius.

I could imagine Dead to the World as theme song to a James Bond Film 😮
Noel going all Brian Wilson on us, i love it
I’m a both Noel and Brian Wilson fan and sad to see Noel hates Brian😂 Both is genius

Cool recording studio, great music 🎶
The song 'Council Skies' is sort of a grown adult version of 'Live Forever'...an ode to life and the same magic.
Proper David Brent stuff love it
love his effort best youtube in months!

Noel not really liking The Beach Boys but getting 3 ladies from the local salon in for vocals is funny to me.
I don’t understand the point you are trying to make?
I thought I heard him say he likes the beach boys now.
Noel did say he likes Beach Boys, but he became disappointed to find that Brian Wilson used an outside songwriter-lyricist Tony Asher
so many BV's I thought were Noel's were Jess?!
2:34 You could say "Jess" one more time for me? 😁❤️
No place in 4 parts for “We’re gonna get there in the end”. One of the best in the album. A shame.

You can’t tell the difference between the ginger woman’s voice and Noel’s when they’re blended together. Amazing!
Jessica Greenfield. Actually she's a contralto, and Noel's a tenor, so there's a lot of difference. But she tries to sing as high as him.
