    I came to learn about space saving tips and came out learning parenting tips instead. Like omg the colors to create a visual boundary is a great idea.

      And also I loved that the kids each could close up their curtain to give them their own privacy.

      Having a sibling, it's actually a terrible idea. The kids will fight over this whenever one steps over the other's color. And for example the shelf is one color's side, the kid will find an excuse to appropriate it for herself only (trust me they are very petty at that age). All other tips are great though

    This is honestly one of the most brilliant tiny spaces i’ve seen, and i’ve been watching tiny space videos for YEARS!

    Could you do a video challenge in designing a 7 x 6 room with 7' ceillings for a college student? I am dying for some help- being cramped doesn't relieve stress.

    I really like these videos but I only have seen square based rooms so far while I have mostly rectangle bedrooms.
    Like to see ideas based on narrow long rooms(2x4 meter)

    This series has some cute ideas but honestly these rooms are relatively large with high ceilings, if you're going to claim a small space challenge you should look at the average size places people live in in cities like London. This looks positively palatial.

      ajn1610 you shouldn't really squeeze two children into a room much smaller than this :/

    i feel like a kids bedroom is only this clean right when you reorganize it because kids just play with something and leave on the floor then leave it there till there room is a complete disaster (i’m a kid by the way)

    That's great! Although that could probably work for like 2-4 years... I cant' imagine a 13-14yo kid sharing such a small space with a little sibling

    Not enough storage space for books and toys, use shelves instead of a hook on the wall.

      If you live in a small space you should stay minimal

    • @fiix7026
      @fiix7026 5 років тому +8

      @@Julia-ds1ye Why should I do so if I just could pull it off with vertical storage? Minimalism reduces your behaviour and capabilities. Without proper tools, you cannot unfold your full potential. Minimalism is a solution to clutter, but you can store lots of stuff very tidy with the right system. And kids often need lots of stuff and benefit from a big range of inspirational tools and games.

    • @rabbithearted444
      @rabbithearted444 4 роки тому +1

      Julia the point is just to have more space for books and toys that can be used for educational purposes and fun

    • @V4nita
      @V4nita 3 роки тому

      In previous episodes they mention that they like to minimize wall stuff that needs drilling into it e.g shelves just in case it's a rented place. These are only suggestion videos anyway

      If you look at the space carefully, there is not enough room to fit in any shelves in that small corner - they fitted a wardrobe behind the stairs.
