- Was having issues with my Power steering (EPS) but no check engine or power steering lights were coming on indicating a issue. I will show you in this video the location of the fuse and relay for the power steering and what to look for if your having the same issues. This video is a good to help you diagnose your EPS system also known as power steering.

Great Advice! My 11 Sportsman 850XP has had intermittent steering for years! I assumed the EPS unit was bad and drove it this way, today I watched your video, and replicated what you did, now my power steering works flawlessly!

Don't the quad have to be running for power steering to work and when not running its very stiff
My regulator/rectifier went bad and that's when my power steering light came on and it quit working. I replaced the regulator/rectifier and still no power steering. Fuse is good, relay is good. I guess I'll have to take it in.
Which of those two little fillers are the steering fluid reservoir
No steering fluid it's all electric.

Ive replaced the relay, the fuse and also my battery is at normal voltage and still no power steering. The power steering light always stays on and it shows this code: 520230
any ideas on what it could be?

@@Jake-fp4xe we found out that it was the power steering unit itself was broken. more than 2 grand to replace
