In this video we will see how to make AttuKal Kulambu and AttuKal Soup. This recipe is good for health. Attukal Soup will be made at least twice a week. it is also helpful to increase bone strength. In "Tamilnadu" mutton paaya is usually made for breakfast on special days. The Best combinations are aapam and idiyappam with paaya. This video how to clean the Mutton Leg in brief informations.
Ingredients for Attukal Soup :
Mutton leg
Oil - 1 tsp
1 Cinnamon
2 Cloves
1 Cardamom
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 onion
1 Tomato
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Fennel and Cumin Seeds
Ingredients for Attukal Kulambu :
Mutton Leg
Oil - 3 to 4 tsp
1 Cinnamon
3 Cloves
1 Black cardamom
Fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp
2 chopped onions
2 Tomatoes
1 Green chilly
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
1/4 tbsp chilli powder
Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tspn
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Mutton masala - 1/2 tsp
2 1/2 tsp kulambu thool
Grind masla for Attukal Kulambu
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Pepper - 3/4 tsp
1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Poppy Seeds
Badam or Cashew nuts number of 4 (some richness taste)
1/2 tsp kulambu thool
