Definitionally, the randomizer did its job. What everyone wants it to be is a shuffler, with no repeat picks

And if the track selection randomizer wasn't deliberately modified to select Troy always (judging from his reaction, he knew it was going to be the track when it was selected by him, before it was actually determined in the group), so if that was implemented we wouldn't even be hearing a complaint.
What are the odds of that? You have to take the chance of it picking the cup with it in it, multiply that by 1/4th, and then cube it. I’m not sure what the number of cups in CTGP for retro tracks there are, but I guarantee you the chances of this are suuuuper small lmao
Nah. The chances aren't that small. These sorts of things happen eventually when it comes to randomization. Sure, the chances of it happening specifically in this gameplay session are very very small, but the chances of it eventually happening in one of his gameplay sessions are actually pretty big. If it didn't happen in this video, the chances would be decent some other video would eventually end up having this occur.

I was gonna write about how funny it is that Troy doesn't know all the shortcuts in Mario Kart Double Dash, but then I realized...I think that pedestrian overpass is not actually a drivable route in the original game. It makes sense in hindsight to add to the custom track because MKW has bikes which would realistically be more able to traverse through a thin pedestrian walkway than karts.
Ironically, despite bikes having better hitboxes for such a thin structure, karts are more likely to end up in it because they all have outside drift and will slide into it.

I love seeing you use different vehicles! The Piranha Prowler was always my favorite vehicle in MKW even though even as a kid I knew how bad it was. It's probably the reason why I could rarely win even though I was good at Mario Kart

hey troy, for when the inevitable jetsetter video comes, i'd 100% recommend automatic since it actually benefits the jetsetter's stats a lot

Wait...I thought KO tournaments were the long ones. You know, the ones in which you go through every cup in MKW and whoever has the least amount of points at the end of each cup gets eliminated.

I think using a very immobile kart on an extremely narrow course on item rain where you can only see half the items is not going to be a situation where you can make it out alive.
