A rom is the game file. The roms and emulator come separately. The emulator plays the roms files you choose to download. I heard cdromance has ps2 roms
Havent tried it yet but ive heard cdromance has a lot of roms for ps2. The reason it isnt in the video because he would get in trouble for sharing roms.
