I got already final order removal in 2018 and I did have appeal to the BIA did not recieved decision untill now almost 5 years waiting for that.what do you think????

Hey I have a question, when the USCIS asks for RFE do you think its necessary to include a cover letter about the couples life before and after marriage or is not needed? Thank you!

I got a removal order since 2009 but failed to present to court, i got a clean record got 2 kids got married and ended up widow should i apply for parole in place ive been taking care of my 2 kids a through out the years . Wife passed away in 2014

How do you know if you have a removal order?
Well, I do not have one. But if you need to see if you have one, you need to file FOIA with EOIR. For consultation, call 917 885 2261 (consultation fee applies).
Thank you so much but I still had the question if some one gets their removal order of abstencia dismissed terminated, would they then qualify for PIP? Or still not because entry was at an immigration border office?

The removal order that is dismissed and/or terminated will not affect the outcome of the PIP case because it was reopened and then dismissed or terminated. You still have to qualify for the rest of the criteria.
