What kind of oil are you cooking?. Oil in USA is highly processed and polluted with pesticides. All corn, sunflower, canola are toxic. Only organic olive oil is good but not all brands. Oil and refined sugar=☠ people need to learn good healthy recipes. They don't need more poison. Enough

You have to freeze the ball of ice cream after you roll it in the corn flakes and let it get rock hard and then flash fry it really hot so its not in there for long. Otherwise it will do just that, and melt all in your oil.
When I got one at a fair I needed to wait about 15 mins after it was served to me just to it would be soft enough for me to eat. They had it deep frozen so hard. Delicious but a very frustrating experience.
