I bought a new apartment in Italy I Complete Renovation Story

In this video, I will talk about my latest investment. I have purchased an apartment in Italy and I will do & show you the whole renovation of this old "new" apartment.
Since the complete restoration of the first apartment ( @casa.crima ), me and my girlfriend decided to do the second step. To invest in the second apartment and do the same story one more time.
I am so looking forward to the next steps. Any design / architecture fans?
