- This is the 2nd part to cooking Conch/Lambi. In the first video we showed you how to clean and prepare the Conch for cooking. Now you're ready to cook it. Yayyyyyyyyyyy, aren't you excited???? I can tell you I definitely learned how to make Lambi and I feel like a pro. It's really not as hard as it's made out to be, you can do it!!!!! I really hope you give it a try.
