    I truly believe that the prosecutor spoke clearly, never once wavering and lead us through the case without pause. In my books he has proven to be the most respectful and well prepared. He laid this gut wrenching case out leaving me with no stone unturned. So many U.S. prosecutors couldn’t begin to be as polished and definitely delivered his opening with total respect for each and every victim and with utmost respect. Not an easy case to bring to the people as we can’t help but be sickened by how cold and evil these on trial are. God bless the mail carrier friend who took her life in her hands by entering the home. She deserves a huge amount of praise for putting herself in great danger. God please watch over this wonderful coworker and dear friend.

    Without a doubt one of the best prosecution opening statement's I have ever heard. Talk about a spoiled , self-entitled, psychopath woman. I can't believe this family has waited eight years for this to come to trial. I hope those anti-death penalty lawyers never have to experience waiting this many years for justice if a crime is ever committed against one of their family members. Thanks CCV.

      That’s what I said...mean WTF is the defense(she’s crazy) cuz they know who did it & why & she def deserves the death 💀 penalty that’s all that should be happening! Open & shut case no way she would ever be found NOT GUILTY so I really don’t understand why she went 2 trial she should’ve just plead guilty & took whatever deal they were offering(doubt anything less then LIFE!!!

      @@gunzroses5435 my guess, she wanted the attention. Trials are all about the defendant- mememememe. Also, bet she wanted to get it out how unfairly she was treated like it was somehow justified. She’s a malignant cancerous evil and I’m so heartbroken for the loss of generations of family.

      If the police came and actually checked the home maybe some of the family members could of have gotten life saving measures and medical care and could possibly survive. Sometimes victims of gunshot wounds may be still alive for a while before expiring. I don’t understand why the death penalty wasn’t an option especially since the defendants killed many people including small children. That’s a very heinous crime.

      Getting the death penalty is too easy. Making those vile individuals spend the rest of their (hopefully long) wretched and miserable lives behind bars - to ponder their despicable acts, is much more fitting. They don’t deserve to live I agree, but this way they get to suffer - and that’s exactly what this evil pair deserve.

    Ridiculous how the prosecutor makes excuses for the police not going up to the home. A hung up 911 call is cause enough but you also hear screaming and gunshots in the call. Ridiculous excuses for cops behaving poorly, like usual.

      The police who visited the home aren't the ones who answered the 911 call. Do we know if the 911 dispatcher told the responding officers about the background noises heard on the call?

    The five-year-old crawling over and trying to hide underneath her mom made me full-blown cry. I’m normally and icy-hearted gentleman in my mid-thirties, but that part of the story wrecked me. Imagine what, not who, but what, would shoot a little girl in the head; a little girl trying to hide under the body of her dying mother. They both deserve 💉

    • @DyannJaxon
      @DyannJaxon 8 років тому +2

      +79tazman They had to determine her "state of mind" (sanity). That takes much time with at least 2 psych evals from both sides... maybe more.

    • @fokker34
      @fokker34 8 років тому +7

      +79tazman the reason for the delay, the Governor was pushing for moratorium on death penalty here in the great liberal state of Washington. So the prosecutor would have been wasting his time seeking the death penalty, as ultimately, it is not even an option now. This is why the delay, so no wasted prosecution time seeking something that at the time might not even be an option, sure enough it's been removed altogether, that decision was why the wait, to see if they should bother trying for death.
