Thanx for inform me if this all scaner are new then please check with service centure and your problem solved...
other wise remove all driver and reinstalled thats it...

If ur scanner new then u can raise complaint and take replacement then it's working...
If u have old scanner so please repair this at service center...bro...then working...that's it

I have bought two of these scanner and here are the serial numbers KLXC17725 & KLXC15915. Both worked for two months and after that time it started to fail. DONOT BUY THESE SCANNERS they have a problem that CANON does not want to face and repair. I live in Perú if I were in the USA I could complaint the company, but from here I cannot. Noticed you are!!!

Hola Luis, esto comenzo luego de las ultimas actualizaciones de W10 y W11, aqui en mis Lide 300 y 400, no logro que funcionen. Ya actualice los drivers en 4 PCs diferentes, y no funciona. Lamentable Canon no responde las consultas de los usuarios, anunciando que esta trabajando en un parche.
