I tried to use your instructions on my phone.
I have an iPhone 15 ProMax, 17.3.1, and things are a little different than on the iPhone 11 in your video. I don’t know if it’s a hardware problem, a software problem, or operator error, but here is what works for me today.
The title is truncated in the upper left corner with a right pointing arrow at the end.
Clicking the right pointing arrow sends you to a detailed description, just as if you had the down pointing arrow of which you speak.

If you have a UA-cam channel, the links depend on what you are discussing. For me, most of my links are to sewing supplies
