    in German you can write Umlauts adding an e. Like for ä = ae, for ü = ue, for "ö" = oe. It's easy.

      v_espertine well, honey, She is Not English, she is German.THIS IS NORMAL SPEED IN GERMAN SO IF THIS IS NOT YOUR LEVEL WATCH A LOWER LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY PROGRAM and let others at this level benefit from this

    • @bvespertine
      @bvespertine 7 років тому +39

      pitchfork What is your problem? The program title is EASY German, so what LOWER PROFICIENCY is there than that? Besides, I was clearly being light hearted and humourous in my comment, which went above and beyond you.

    • @katchie2888
      @katchie2888 7 років тому +26

      pitchfork no it's most definitely quite a bit faster than normal German. probably because she already has the questions prepared and is maybe a little nervous. Some parts are faster than others, but I understand the complaint. I still personally think it's a good exercise, because part of listening comprehension is adjusting to different people's emphasis, word-flow, accent. no need to be a pretentious prick though really.

    Hey girl, you're not doing a talk show. You're helping us to learn German. Is it necessary for you to speak so fast? How can we learn from it???

    • @thethreeamazingmen
      @thethreeamazingmen 7 років тому +3

      you learn that, when youre in Germany, people wont talk to you at snail speed, but just like this, Although not every lesson should be like this, its good to get used to hearing it this fast, because thats how they speak amongst eachtother

    • @mrtsiqsin2290
      @mrtsiqsin2290 7 років тому +1

      Many people here are just at the beginning level. I don't think people can learn much from such speed.

      You can click "pause" whenever you want and look up for the words you don't understand in the dictionary and understand the meaning of the sentence. I think it is really great to get used to the speed they talk from the very beginning. Hope they continue doing this, it is really useful.

    our videos are not so much to "learn" a language but much more to exercise it's usage in every day life situations. We describe our videos as: language experience.
    I believe that one of the biggest obstacle to learn a language is: boring lessons. I personally can't stand it.
    So I think that there is a lot what can be improved on this field. I would like to be taught a language and to have fun learning it. I want to be entertained. If not I will not learn anything.

    Well, as far as I know, Matera is not a town that people use to talk a lot about. It is a town in southern Italy. But, as far as southern Italy is concerned, the cities and regions most talked about are: Naples (famous for its noisy, colourful, lively people, Pizza, Spaghetti, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, songs, etc), Sicily and Puglia (in which is the city of Bari where people pronounce every "a" as an "e". So Bari is pronounced "Beri"). In Bari, "Frankfurt" would be pronounced "FrEnkfurt" :-)
