Amazingly Cute Koala and Baby!

- A lot of people enjoyed my koala video, so here's another this time with a baby. This time we have a guest appearance from a young eastern grey Kangaroo also. These are filmed on my 5 acre property which is located next to a forest reserve. I show the forest wall in the video because last time some people were upset seeing a koala in a domestic garden even though they are free and wild.

@@TheTurk56523 there are plenty of videos where they climb on people and interact with them. They are not some aggressive beasts who will always attack. That's BS.
So sad to remember how many of them got hurt in Bush fire. May the lord protect the remaining ones. I love them and want all of them in my garden.

@@gentrykoda they are eastern kangaroos it's just young. The wallabies here in this area are swamp wallabies. Look much different. Darker fur and mostly come out at dusk to dark.

That's a cool looking tree for koalas to hang out on!
sadly this gum tree had to get cut down, had some desease and kept falling apart. But you can see the forest in the background lots of healthy tree's around for them.

I love to see them in their natural habitats. It is so much better than the zoo environment. Beautiful creatures
Animals always behave a bit different in the wild. Koalas are not overly scared of people though and will just slowly climb up the tree if they want some peace

It's the noses. They're very small compared to most koalas. Adult noses are so much bigger generally than this mother's. Babies have smaller noses so that's why they are more appealing. The genes in this family should be preserved. I think Disney would be interested. At any rate amazing that they posed for so long. I think the click of the camera may have mesmerized them.
I filmed this many years ago, on my parents property that adjoins a protected forest in victoria. My mum says the koalas are still happy around there

Just wondering if these are "mountain" koalas? They seem to have rounder heads and thicker fur. Beautiful koalas.
Hi they are southern koalas. So bigger and fluffier than other koalas
