There is probably a reason you never show your diet…… Remember the gym is for fitness but the kitchen is where you lose the majority of the weight!

Must be the food bra, even if you watch the early videos he showed what he ate to keep himself accountable. He usually ate the roast chicken wraps from countdown. Now, he just shows his workouts and none of the food stuff and what not

You should try intermittent fasting. Start w a 14 hour fasts and slowly build it up to 16-18 hour ones. On the daily. It’s hard for the first couple of days then it’s easy and you won’t feel hungry all the time. Minimal carbs and sugar. I lost 15kgs in 2 months by doing that and exercise but it was the fasting that really did it because I was exercising two months prior to fasting and wasn’t seeing much progress. It’s 💯% diet that’s holding you back.
Get a good dietician and go keto or carnivore. Get a PT thru sponsorship and do more resistance training as well as swimming to build muscle and fire up your metabolism, tone etc.

Do you have a show in NewZealand called " biggest loser ?" I watched their show once and they worked out how much weight you've lost . I actually did exactly this and it was amazing to feel the difference. It was a huge motivator to keep going because I realized how much easier life will be. It's amazing how much harder it is to climb stairs with even a little extra weight.
