    Lots of positive comments but not much truth….you look like you’ve put weight back on and the amount of physical activity you’ve been doing you should be showing better results if combined with a good diet. There is probably a reason you never show your diet…… Remember the gym is for fitness but the kitchen is where you lose the majority of the weight!

    Those are some bloody nice walks! Love that there are so many hikes with stairs like that. I got my kiwi citizenship by decent and will be heading out there soon. Cant wait to get out there and do walks/hikes like these!!

    What type of foods are you eating to lose weight?
    Eat low sodium foods 280 n lower if You can.Too much is bad and makes you sweat
    Do you have a dietician?
    Are you only drinking Water, or flavored Water, drink diet sodas/Sugar free
    Keep going..you can do it 🎉
    If i was living over there i would most Definitely go with ..
    I need to lose some pounds too 30-40 at least lol 🤣
    Morning time try to eat guacamole Toast, Regular toast, plain Oatmeal with some coffee ☕ sugar free coffee creamer
    Stove cooking use olive oil spray
    BBQ meat is good plain with Rice
    Walk twice a week : that hill was good do that or just go for a casual walk around you neighborhood instead of sittin at the house You know
    The gym : pick a week.maybe a Wednesday do stairs like you were doing then go to the pool like you did.

      @@50shadesofgday64 It doesn't make sense. 70 weeks of dieting at his weight should result in at least 100kgs of weight loss. Probably more like 200kgs.

      Must be the food bra, even if you watch the early videos he showed what he ate to keep himself accountable. He usually ate the roast chicken wraps from countdown. Now, he just shows his workouts and none of the food stuff and what not

      Real talk. If I didnt have the the job I do, that forces me to be in good physical shape, I would be pushing to 300lbs. When I visit the islands, I feel like I come back bigger.

      Tbh..I think hes hit a wall. He hit it a while back and I don't think it's moved much since then. He's prob lost a little,but he had gained some back earlier too.

    are you able to be in ketosis? I think being in ketosis for your last weeks will greatly positively impact your weight loss

      @@JesseDrift keto diets are useful only in short term but in long term the body adapts and they increase mortality.
      Low-carb diets in general are a bad advice for an obese person

    Pro tip Uce: Dont take fat burners. Either they do not work but if they do thats basically thyroid medicin. And sweating ≠ fatloss. Calories in calories out is the way to go. Lets go man

    You've lost some serious weight for sure bro but youve appeared to have hit plateau. No weigh ins is a sign youve realised too but dont want to admit it. Maybe ask for professional advise? Idk man it seems kinda disappointing and with the way you are going you will defo not hit your goals by 100th week.

      How much have you.lost. Been watching another influencer and she's on the same journey and he weight lost is so amazing and she's toning her body as well. She's lost 72 kgs so far. Love to know what you have lost so far.

    You should try intermittent fasting. Start w a 14 hour fasts and slowly build it up to 16-18 hour ones. On the daily. It’s hard for the first couple of days then it’s easy and you won’t feel hungry all the time. Minimal carbs and sugar. I lost 15kgs in 2 months by doing that and exercise but it was the fasting that really did it because I was exercising two months prior to fasting and wasn’t seeing much progress. It’s 💯% diet that’s holding you back.

    Get a good dietician and go keto or carnivore.
    Get a PT thru sponsorship and do more resistance training as well as swimming to build muscle and fire up your metabolism, tone etc.

    Do you have a show in NewZealand called " biggest loser ?"
    I watched their show once and they worked out how much weight you've lost . If you have lost 10 kilos they would put a ten kilo weight in a back pack so you could feel the difference .

      I actually did exactly this and it was amazing to feel the difference. It was a huge motivator to keep going because I realized how much easier life will be. It's amazing how much harder it is to climb stairs with even a little extra weight.
