Excellent! I'm propagating now and have just moved them out doord because they were not getting enough light in my house. Thanks for the helpful lesson.
A sunny window indoors is plenty, I just tend to put them on the bottom shelf and forget about them. They should be fine outdoors too, just make sure they dont get TOO much direct sun. Good luck!
Such a great video...I just got one of these plants a couple months ago...I’m hoping to propagate it soon and have it grow grow grow! I just love the look (and feel!) of this plant and had no idea it was so easy to propagate ☺️🌱
I only got one or two to root, and I think they eventually dried out from neglect on my part. It is so much faster to just take stem or crown cuttings.
I THINK i have a string of buttons.. but the leaves are longer.. and with pink underneath the leaves.. and its sprouting new “flowers”between leaves on the stem
Awesome updates! Stacking jades are my favorite. I learned stem cutting from you.
Stem cuttings are the fastest way to propagate, but the leaves can be fun to try to grow as well.
I have recently got interested in succulents...your video is very helpful and your explanation is clear and thorough. Thank you, my new friend.
Thank you! I'm glad you liked it :)
This guy should do voiceovers for children’s story books. :-) 👍🏻
Wow. This was SO helpful to me in propagating John Creech sedum leaves. Thank you!
Your welcome, thanks for watching!
You are a wonderful teacher, love your videos.
Wow, thanks!
Your video really inspired me so much . Thank you for sharing ...
Thank you!

Stem cuttings are the way to go! I do save the leaves during the propagation process, but they can take so long.
AMAZING! Everyone else says don't break the leaves! I'm going to try this...
Yeah, that was a viewer suggestion and it works for this particular succulent, give it a shot, but stem cuttings is the way to go.
Your plants are so beautiful 😍
I love growing succulents!
TFS from Korea❤️
Do you have another update on this one? I'd like to see what that crassula leaf propagation pot looks like today!

Wow looks like scishkabab 🌵... Let's eat it
Haha! good one!

Thank you, i have buddha,'s temple without root, i want to try this method,,,
I prefer stem cuttings, leaves take too long to root.
Fun! 🤗😎
This takes a lot longer than stem cuttings but it is cool to watch them grow!
How long did it take to root? Have they sprouted pups yet?
It takes about a month to root, no pups on the crassula yet, I will have another update as soon as the new crowns form.
Interesting
These crassula leaves still have not sprouted new buds... they have roots at least : /
@@GiveitaGrow i've did the same thing to.maybe it takes longer to grow new grouth then others
