DC Guardian, you have a fine uniform, sir, worthy of the inspiration toward the human values we all wish we had. Becoming an icon so that we can believe in something greater than ourselves, that is an honorable thing, and I wish that your fight is victorious in the hearts and minds of the men, women and children you meet.
By the time I am an adult, this man will have died. The country cannot live without a truly american hero. This man is a symbol. Anyone can wear the mask. When he is gone, we will need a new guardian, and if nobody else becomes that guardian, then I will. God Bless America.
I normally don't really like these guys running the streets in these costumes and whatnot but what he did for that kid was pretty heart touching. I believe that this real life superhero thing can serve it's purpose, but just at the right time in the right place, like a children's hospital
You're right all of us have the capacity to be a hero, but the point of the mask is that ANYONE could be under it, and when you realize that then hopefully the point hits that you too can do things to make a difference
I'm really inspired by all these people. I'm at a young age but in some years I wish to do this. I've already got a name, my equipment, what I do and when, and a good heart. Now all I need is a costume, training in some places, and a city to protect. I live in the suburbs and I kinda hate it sometimes :/ but unlike these people I won't go out on TV shows I'd be in the shadows of the night.
It may be crazy and all, but we need heros like these guys, ppl who would step up and do the right thing, whether dressing up in a costume, or just as who you are, just do the right thing.
I'm planning to become Dark Spider (based on Spiderman) to fight crime and help the homeless, I just need enough money to make/buy my costume and to buy the gadgets.
people say that superheroes aren't well this proves them wrong sure he doesn't have super strength but this proves there are people who can make a difference and i bet he made that poor kids day
@WeaponSamurai Think like Reach. Its may be a loosing fight but you just cant back down. In the long run, you may win. Heros always stand against those odds to no end. I salute these guys and pray for their well being.
To all the loveless haters commenting negatively, if you took away the costumes these people wear what bad are they doing to warrant your disrespect? Secondly, I assume it would take a "Super" amount of belief in oneself and ones mission to wear a costume amongst all the ridicule from those who most often wouldn't give a hobo a quarter!!
@ikcjjtt They still want to live whatever lifestyle they want with their real identity while helping other people. What's your point? Fighting a war can get you killed, busting gangs can get you killed. These people are aware of the dangers, they have taken more preparations and precautions than you think they have.
Nothing wrong with the spelling, advice and advise is both correct. The grammatical use of it was wrong thought I'll apologize for that. Advice(Noun): recommendation, counsel, opinion offered as guidance Advise(Verb): The act of giving advice
Omg I hate that some people are calling them lunatics and calling them names. Since when is helping people crazy and stupid? Must not have a heart if you think that. I think the super hero touch is very inspiring. Especially to the younger folks. I love it. Im too young to actually stop crime- but id love to dress as a super hero and help others.
Isn't there an actual program going on right now called project Guardian? I ask, because I actually met some Blue People, no kidding, and they said the word Guardian. I won't say in what context, but They were Blue affiliated with the Guardian Project.
Not one word can describe these men and women who take their time to do good. I personally know Church going people (from various religions) who do less in a year than these guys do in a day. Some of you keyboard gangsters need to take notes....because a REAL MAN stands up for what he believes in. I can bet that police, firefighters, and doctors have nothing negative to say about these guys. To "ThePloard".....if you cant say nothing nice, then dont say nothing at all!!!! GO HEROES!!!!!!!!!!!!
can I ask how do I join I'm only 13 I live in Phoenix Arizona and I've been trying to find more people to help me I have a suit and people call me Delta and I need help to find a curtain person
sam gezzy117 Thirteen is too young. You could get in some serious trouble and you don't want that. Give it five years. Wait until you are eighteen and see if you are ready then.
really being a decent superhero isn't as hard as people think if they put the time in. They need to practice martial arts EVERYDAY, not self defense but real offensive attacking, especially against multiple opponents. they need to know how different types of weaponry work and be proficient with them. They need total control of their body for fighting and movement and through parkour they can help achieve that. Another thing they need to know is hacking and other IT skills to bypass any technical challenges(Chemistry, coding, electronics, mechanics, etc). They need a safe house to practice and keep away prying people. The last and most important thing is to have a pulse on rumors and activities where they operate because even elite commando's would be useless against crime unless they knew who they were fighting. Most of this can be learned or taught on you tube, websites and books. The only real super power you need is super patience and self discipline to complete this list. Remember 24 hours in the day: 8 hours to sleep, 8 hours to work, 8 hours to train....its do-able.
Rlsh aren't vigilantes so chaising criminals isn't gonna happen. Calling the police with a flashlight and some martial arts skills for self defense is what they do.
theres a new group of super heroes in sacramento county California. led by Archangel and Prometheus. they'res only about 6, I think, but still. new real life super heroes!!
Random good deeds can be done without looking silly. Anonymous acts of kindness aren't flashy or modeled after comic books, they're real-life, everyday events and you do them without recognition, but the payback emotionally is amazing. The only thing stopping anyone from doing the same without the outfit is....NOTHING! Give a sincere compliment, help a stranger, help someone anonymously- watch how their lives change and yours will too! Leave the spandex for the bedroom or Halloween ;)
@HollywoodMersey Masks and costumes attract attention, and when attention is drawn onto people doing good in the world, it tends to remind people that they should do good.
The one thing that bothers me about people who make fun of these people is you wouldn't make fun of a firefighter but you would make fun of someone who actually truly cares about people. That's sad, I am hearing people dog on these brave men and women but I bet you wouldn't say shit to a man who runs into a burning building.
i am not against hero's...... but be careful.....we have all taken psychology 101....... u may inadvertently create a world that u may soon regret. with that godspeed be safe, obey the law, and above all else protect yourself. always have a partner whether beside u or behind the scenes, some one should always know where u are have been and are going to. this iis not a game ... it s real life...... your life sincerely a fan
I really like this guys suit.
Yeah, this is actually quite inspiring. I hope he manages to continue being the hero he is.
You might laugh ... I've been following these guys for a while and LOVE what they're doing. They're doing the RIGHT THING
why lauth i want to do that to
@@israeltvshows3092 Same
You can laugh all you want or think he's crazy - but at least he's doing something for his community and working to make our country a better place.
Man his costume is bad-ass. I'm glad that this exists, this guy is too kewl. Will be checking out the other videos and more about the project.

Is this project still even running? I want to do this someday. I love these people.

The cool thing is, DC comics has a hero named guardian, so it is like DC Comic's Guardian. Really cool play on words!
