    Great video Natalie! You’re awesome and you are doing great! I’m glad that you were able to be productive while enjoy a nice day without classes! I like to do exercise like stretching and walking to keep myself in shape. Keep up the awesome and creative approach! 😎👏👏

      Thanks so much Matt! What kind of exercises/stretching do you do? Maybe i’ll give it a try :)

      @@natalieho11 I like doing a calf stretch, quadriceps stretch, and ballistic stretch. I use these to help me prepare before doing a workout or a 30 minute walk. Another exercise that I like to do is jump rope. I use jump rope to help myself improve on cardio including balance. I would recommend jump rope or do a walk exercise as a workout if you don't have time to do a full workout during the day.
