The best food is fresh food. While the cheap, plastic and processed bullshit has it's place in our nostalgia, fresh food has a place in our hearts. Mac N' Cheese is great, but when you do as much as you can to make it fresh, as much as you can it is so much better for you, your mind, and your body. Supporting local farms and friends helps the community as well.
James Beard is an amazing chef, unfortunately forgotten. Lets bring him back! His recipes rock.
